Beach Trip Must Have: What I Pack To The Beach As A Mom

Summer is practically here! I’m so excited about this weather. Because I finally started putting my heavy clothes away and planning for summer vacation. When we talk about summer, we always talk about the beach or a pool. But, since I’m a mom, I have to prepare extra for every trip. This year, we still haven’t decided where to go for the “wet vacation” aka beach trip. Last year, we went to Ocean City, MD for our beach trip.

The trip was fun, it was our daughter’s first time going to the “real beach”. Because close to where we live we have a park with a human-made beach. So here I will share with you some of the stuff that I think is a must-have for a beach trip especially if you are a mom. Also, you can bring these items for your pool trip too.

At that time, my daughter was 3 years old, so she didn’t need a lot. But still, this mama’s soul always wants to be prepared. This beach trip was also our first long road trip from home. It took us 4 hours to get there, so I needed to bring some car entertainment for her. I don’t like her watching my phone or iPad in the car, as it can get her sick. So for the car ride, I brought her a drawing pad, a reusable sticker book, and her favorite snacks.

What To Pack For A Beach Trip As A Mom?

Since becoming a mom, I have always felt I must be prepared for every situation possible. It might be just me, but I like being prepared. Especially, if all the stuff I brought can make our trip easier and enjoyable. So for our last beach trip, I got stuff that I thought would be useful.
